Thank you for using ringstrue.co.uk. Please read these terms and conditions of sale before placing an order. They will form part of our contract with you.
These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Ringstrue on the site, which we may make from time to time. Please check before placing an order. In particular, nothing said by any representative of ringstrue.co.uk will operate as a variation to these terms and condition or constitutes a legal representation on behalf of either of them.
Making a Purchase
It should not be possible to order any item that is not in stock as products are automatically removed on completion of sale due to the fact each product is unique. You can only place items in your basket that are currently in stock meaning that you can shop with confidence that the items that you have chosen will be with you within a few days.
We will do everything possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase from us but In the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our service or products, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to put things right or arrange for a return. See Returns below.
When you make a purchase from ringstrue.co.uk:
- You will receive an electronic confirmation upon receipt of your order as soon as your order has been received.
- You will receive notification of despatch usually within 1-2 working days of your order being processed.
Pricing Promise
The price of goods is clearly stated on the site. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT. We may change the price of goods at anytime but not after an order is made. We invite purchases from overseas and the postage and packaging charges are all outlined within our "General Infromation" pages.
Returns
If the items you have ordered are unsuitable you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. Email us from our “Contact” page detailing the item you wish to return and we'll provide you with an address to post your item/s to. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. A refund will then be given providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of the original dispatch date. Items returned outside these guidelines will only be subject to credit. A refund will not be possible if the items arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used. In these cases the items will be returned to you. Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings or hair products in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the full responsibility of the customer, except where the item is faulty. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, we can arrange for a full repair should you wish to continue your order with Ringstrue. Refunds will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase This does not affect your statutory rights.
Privacy Policy
Ringstrue are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We only process the name, e-mail address, delivery address and telephone number of a customer in order to proceed with the order that's been placed. Personal data will never be passed on to any third parties. Your personal data can be accessed and corrected at anytime via your online Ringstrue account. Simply log in and access "My home".
